Buyers

At any time, the Salt Lamp Store may terminate any special offer without advance notice.
Vouchers
Each promotional voucher may only be redeemed once per household. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other vouchers - strict limit of one voucher per order.
Prices
Prices stated are in Australian dollars, and may be per item or per offer, as stated. Prices are ex. GST, unless otherwise stated. All delivery charges are extra, and not included in stated prices.
Payment
A buyer must pay for an order by Visa or MasterCard or PayPal when ordering. If the credit card issuer does not authorise the transaction, or later revokes authorisation for the transaction, the Salt Lamp Store may cancel the order.
Pricing errors
If a product inadvertently appears on the website at the wrong price, Salt Lamp Store may decline or cancel any orders placed at the wrong price, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If a credit card was charged for the purchase and the order is so cancelled, the Salt Lamp Store will notify the buyer and issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the wrong price.
Product availability
All product is offered for sale on the basis of known stock on hand. If a product is subsequently found to be out of stock, Salt Lamp Store will refund your money.
Delivery
The Salt Lamp Store endeavours to deliver product to Australian capital city metropolitan areas within the nominated number of working days. For delivery addresses in Australian regional centres, allow at least 10 working days. Salt Lamp Store does not however guarantee any specific delivery date.
Product is normally delivered Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and to either business premises or a residence. If the premises are unattended, product may not be left but rather the courier will leave a card and the buyer needs to arrange delivery to an attended address.
Please note: If your shipment is returned to us as a result of incorrect address or insufficient information you will be required to pay a second freight charge or a refund of your order less initial freight cost will be completed.
Risk
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer on delivery.
Title
Product remains Salt Lamp Store's property until paid for by the buyer.
Product warranties
The Salt Lamp Store warrants that product supplied is of merchantable quality when delivered. Subject to applicable law, the Salt Lamp Store does not make any other warranty or representation about products on offer.
Notices to visitors
The Salt Lamp Store may notify a visitor to the website by email, a general notice on the website, or by other reliable method to an address previously provided to the Salt Lamp Store by the visitor.

Governing laws
The laws in the Sate of NSW, Australia, govern the use of the website and the supply of products.
Force majeure
The Salt Lamp Store is excused from performing its supply obligations where and so long as prevented from doing so by reason of events beyond its reasonable control. the Salt Lamp Store will endeavour to notify the buyer of the delay and its expected duration. If so prevented for longer than a reasonable time, the Salt Lamp Store may elect to cancel the order without liability to the buyer.
